Cancellation and Late Policy
All prices include a non-refundable £50 deposit. However, we understand that unexpected events happen, and you may need to reschedule your appointment. Our 48-hour policy allows you to reschedule your appointment and transfer the £50 deposit on one occasion to a new appointment time/date if requested 48 hours before your original appointment time. No-shows or cancellations made after the 48-hour window are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Dr Rina Aesthetics allows for a 15-minute grace period if you are running late for your appointment time. It is at the discretion of Dr Rina Aesthetics whether a patient is seen should they attend 15 minutes after their appointment time, as it may disrupt other client’s appointments.
Reviews/refunds Policy
We also offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you have any concerns with your treatment, we ask that you contact us within 14 days and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Please note, if a correction is necessary then this will be offered. If the outcome of the treatment is satisfactory and it is a case of more product required for the individual patient, then a charge will be made for the additional product.
Please note:
- Refunds are issued in the original form of payment.
- Refunds are processed within 7 business days of your request.
- Refunds are not available for opened or used products.
- Refunds are not available for services already provided.
- Refunds are not available if a patient experiences an adverse reaction to a treatment.
Dr Rina Aesthetics reserve the right to update or amend their terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. It is your responsibility to review this policy periodically to ensure you are aware of any updates or changes.
